_{I’ve always been interested in photography, but got my first proper camera when I started working in the NHS in 1983. Helping out with the Cardiff Tigers American football team was fun, but shooting sport on film was just too expensive. I returned to sports with my first digital camera around 20 years ago, when I worked closely with the South Wales Warriors (2009-2026), Llantrisant rfc (2010-2020) and a couple of seasons with Llantwit Fardre cricket club and Church Village afc. Together with occasional odd events with motorsport, equestrian, watersports and others.
I’m still involved with Llantwit Fardre rfc and Cwm Welfare afc, and currently enjoying my first flag season with the Rhondda Red Kites.
I retired from the NHS in 2017.
I’ve never had a desire to be a professional photographer and enjoy supporting grassroots clubs where I can.}
